Using Tooldrop
Tooldrop provides free and paid utilities for working with files. You may use them for personal or commercial work. You’re responsible for the files and content you process and for having the right to use them.
Fair use
Please don’t:
- Use the service for anything unlawful or to infringe others’ rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- Resell or rebrand the tools as your own product.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your credentials secure and don’t share them. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can delete it at any time from your account page.
Plans and billing
Core tools are free. Paid plans, when active, are billed as described on the pricing page. Prices and features may change; we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep tools accurate and available, we can’t guarantee they’ll be error-free or uninterrupted. Always keep a backup of important files.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tooldrop is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
